Healthy Sandwiches



Paragraph 1


I would put in my sandwich cucumber because it has all of the nutrients inside of it. I would put carrot inside my Sammie because it has heaps of juices because it has a healthy nutrients inside of it too. I would put beard inside of my Sammie because it needs to be a bread on top and down bottom of the sandwich because it has heaps of nutrients and heaps of healthy things inside of it too. The reason I would pick these ingredients is because it is healthy and because it is has heaps of nutrients and protein inside of then. I also think that these ingredients is really healthy and because it has heaps of noon fat inside of these veggies I think tomatoes has heaps of nutrients inside of them that is why we need to cut then be four you ever put the tomatoes inside your sandwich and the cucumber has to be cut in pieces because if you just cake the cucumber inside without cutting then that is bad because you can’t eat a cucumber that is 95.4 cm because you can’t fit the cucumber in your mouth because you will choke.










Paragraph 2


My first step to make a healthy sandwich would be seeded multigrain


Bread because it is healthy and because it will make you full. My next step would be lettuce down the bottom because it is a very healthy food to eat and because it is very big to fit down the bottom and it would taste tasty. My next ingredient would be cucumber because you can cut the cucumber up before you put it in your sandwich because if you don’t then it would taste yuck and because you will choke. My 3rd thing I would put in my Sammie would be cheese because the cheese taste nice and because it would be healthy in my sandwich too it is because it fits right in with the other ingredients too. My Then my next one is tomatoes because it has healthy things inside like juices things and protein too because it would be healthy with the other ingredients so it would fit in. my next ingredient would be carrot because it has juices like cucumber and tomatoes and lettuce to and it is because you can grad the carrot or you can cut then in logs so then would be able to fit in your mouth. Then now I would put the bred on top and then this is going to be my sandwich.








Paragraph 3


If or when I am Hungry I would first clear off the benches in the kitchen then I would start getting the Butter, Bread, and healthy vegetables. I get the Butter and the bread then I lay the two bread out but first I need to take the bread out of the packet then I get the butter and open it after when I have opened it it get the knife and I get some butter on the knife and then I sprained it on top of the bread. I get the healthy vegetables then I get the tomatoes out of the fridge and then I lay the tomatoes on top then I get the cucumbers and then I cut then before I put them in my sandwich after that I get the cheese then I put five at least cheese on the top. After that I would get the lettuce and then I would put the lettuce on the top of the cheese so my sandwich would be tasty and yummy so everyone would or could like my sandwich. Then I have finished my sandwich and all I need to do is get to table all set up and then I would get some plates and cups for my sandwich then I would just need to get some friends and have some lunch to start relaxing for the day and I sure hope my friends would love my sandwich and it would be tasty as well.







Paragraph 4





I think what Love or like about my sandwich would be the bread it is because I love the brown bread better than the white bread because I can keep my body healthy and good for the year. My second think I love about my sandwich would be the lettuce it is because the lettuce is so yummy and it is so franchise and it is because I love the sound effect that it makes when I eat the lettuce. My other favourite thing to do when I am eating my sandwich would be that when I am eating my sandwich it would taste lovely and beautiful and yummy it is because it is a healthy sandwich and because it would be nice to be healthy and because it would be good if you do have a healthy sandwich. I healthy sandwich it a good sandwich because if you eat a healthy sandwich then you are healthy and you will not be fat because if you eat your greens and your vegetables because if you do then you will be more healthier and you will be fit and healthy like I said before and after that I love eating my healthy food like carrot.
